Costco builds tiny houses, play houses and garden sheds. personally, i think the bungalow garden building would make a perfect tiny house, it ranges in size from 12ft x 16ft to 12ft x 24ft and the costs for what appears to be a shell range from $4,995 to $7,244. you can select a paint color, asphalt shingle color or even have wood shingles.. From now until november 11, this shed will be on sale for $1,000 which includes delivery. the shed is 10 feet by 7.5 feet and costco is selling it as a storage shed or as a small office or living space. the shed weighs about 1,100 lbs, is 9 feet high at the front peak and contains three transom windows and a 64 inch double door.. Costco business delivery can only accept orders for this item from retailers holding a costco business membership with a valid tobacco resale license on file. tobacco products cannot be returned to costco business delivery or any costco warehouse. this is an exception to costco's return policy..
